    Transalp 600

So before any of you scoff, this is a bummer to put up for sale but after returning from Pyrenees and a new tax demand arriving, I have realised the credit crunch has finally got me and I am skint. This is disappointing as its a beautiful Transalp that has already had all its niggles ironed out and I would happily ride it around Europe tomorrow
Here is a list of what has gone on it
It has been fully serviced with both brake callipers strip and rebuilt
    £100 front and rear TKC80s
    £90 chain and sprockets
    £25 oil and filter
    £20 air filter
    £13 fork gaitors
    £27 battery
    £6 spark plugs
    £10 grips
    £70 MRA screen
    £130 Excel wheel rim
£60 re lacing rim and new spokes
    £25 brake parts
    £210 Arrow exhaust
Couple with that the fabulous Transalp reliability basically a great bike
I have looked at other and will not sell it for an e bay bargain basement as its more than that.It has 31k miles on it and its only mechanical down side is the speedo packed in on return from Humm, it is showing 30500 miles
Im selling it with enhancing parts like MRA and Arrow and rekoning its worth £1650
Here it is in all her glory

will post better pics of the bike when it stops raining
I have forgotten to say its a 93 model but has the more modern front of the 95 on fitted
Its the single front disc with rear disc (as opposed to the drum braked early model )
Biketrader is around £1500 for these so I priced it up a bit but I do believe its ready to go anywhere and has had some expensive bling added that many people would do after payin £1500 for!

Pig sick is understating, I have just had to fork out £400 on my van and with 3 vehicles its just gettin a bit much, it was only on return from the Humm I realised what poop I was gettin in, and other stuff comin on top is causing stress as opposed to enjoyment

Try your best to hang onto it if you can Phil. That bike holds memories for you (Pyrenees) and like you say you've done a lot to it.
